How requests are reviewed
CommonProof reviews the original claim, cited material, new evidence, and whether the change affects the verdict or a reader’s understanding.
How changes are disclosed
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a note. Material factual corrections receive a dated explanation describing what changed and why.
